Purchase returns The Law of Ukraine, article 9 “On a protection of Consumer Rights” provides the right to exchange a non-food qualitative product for a similar one, if the product does not satisfy the consumer with shape, dimensions, style, color, size or cannot be used for its destination for other reasons. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, if the seller did not announce a longer term. The exchange of a qualitative good can be made if it has not been used, if the consumer did not lose its presentation look or consumer properties, seals, labels and the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold good. If at the moment of exchange there is no similar good in stock, the consumer has the right either to purchase any other good from available range with the appropriate recalculation of the cost/terminate the contract and get money back in the amount of the cost of the good returned/exchange good for a similar one as soon as it will be available again. Where and how can I exchange or return? All this – at the office of “Nova Poshta”. To return the product, you must write an application for the return of the product. An application with a complete set of goods and a receipt must be sent to the address: Vishnevoe, Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district, Kiev region (Branch №3). Payment for the delivery is at the expense of the buyer. Refunds to the buyer are carried out according to the details specified in the application for return/exchange within seven working days from the date of receiving the good by an online store.


Warranty of the TM Vorhut tool

  • The Vorhut tool has a warranty period of 24 months from the date of sale by a retail network or an online store.
  • During the warranty period, the owner of the tool is entitled to a free product repair for faults, which are the result of manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty repairs will not be performed without presenting a warranty card. Claims would not be accepted if warranty card is not completed or if there is lack of original packaging with instructions. Technical verification of the tool (fault detection) for establishing the warranty case is made only in an authorized workshop.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Failure by the user to follow the specified instructions for use or if the tool was not used by its specific purpose.
  • In the presence of mechanical damage to the case, electrical cord, cracks or chips or a damage, caused by the influence of any aggressive environment, high temperatures or the ingress of any extrinsical elements into the ventilation holes.
  • If the product was naturally worn out.
  • If the product was overloaded, which caused a failure of rotor and stator or other assemblies and parts or if the product failed due to discrepancy of circuit parameters to a rated voltage.
  • If client wants to replace wear parts (carbon brushes, rubber seals, oil seals, protective covers, guide rollers) or variable accessories (chucks, drills, crowns, adapters, etc.)
  • If client was trying to repair the instrument themselves during the warranty period.
  • If the serial number indicated on the tool was damaged or changed or/and if it does not match the one indicated in the warranty card.
  • In the absence of a receipt or a document confirming the purchase of the tool.

Service conditions “+1 year”

    • Under the terms of the program “+1 year of service”, the owner of the instrument has the right to a free repair work performed on the tool within 36 months from the date of sale by the retail network, regardless of the warranty case.
    • The cost of spare parts, if it is not a warranty case or after the basic guarantee is expired, would be reimbursed by the owner of the tool.
    • Maintenance work on the tool is not included in these conditions.
